We collect this information directly from Brands and Creators, automatically from devices and browsers, from Brands that provide campaign or customer information, and from service providers and integrations such as Shopify.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and secure the Services;
- create and manage accounts, campaigns, filming links, video submissions, and downloads;
- deliver videos and related information to the Brand associated with a campaign;

Our Terms of Service govern ownership and permitted use of submitted content. This Privacy Policy governs personal information contained in or associated with that content.
3. Notice at Collection for California Residents
At or before collection, we collect the categories described in Section 1 for the purposes described in Section 2. We may retain each category for the period described in Section 6.
We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not sold or shared personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act during the preceding 12 months.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information:
- To Brands. Videos, Creator information, and related campaign data may be provided to the Brand that issued the filming link. Brands may publish and distribute selected videos and independently determine how they use personal information after receiving it.
- To service providers. We use providers for cloud hosting, video storage and processing, analytics, communications, payments, security, customer support, and AI model processing. They process information to provide services to us under contractual restrictions.
- For legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or government requests, or to protect rights, safety, security, and property.
- In a business transaction. We may disclose information in connection with financing, due diligence, a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
- With direction or consent. We may disclose information when the person directs us to do so or otherwise consents.
A submitted video may be published by a Brand on public websites, advertisements, product pages, social media, or data feeds. Public information may be copied or used by others beyond Vidably’s control.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand usage, and measure performance. Browser settings may permit users to block or delete cookies, but parts of the Services may then function improperly.
Vidably does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not respond to opt-out preference signals as sale or sharing requests because Vidably does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
6. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Services.
Retention periods depend on the nature of the information, the campaign or account relationship, legal requirements, security needs, and whether the information is needed to exercise or document Vidably’s content rights. We delete or deidentify personal information when it is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. California Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may request that we:
- disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about them;
- disclose the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients associated with that information;
- delete personal information;
- correct inaccurate personal information; or
- limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where the right applies.
California residents also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Vidably does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so no opt-out is necessary. We will not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, email legal@vidably.com and describe the request. We may verify identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification.
Privacy rights may be limited by legal exceptions. For example, we may retain information needed to provide requested services, protect security, comply with law, complete transactions, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us at legal@vidably.com if you believe a minor has provided personal information.
10. International Processing
